From Sumburgh Airport

From Sumburgh airport take the A970 to Lerwick and then the A968 travelling north to Toft ferry terminal.

The journey from Sumburgh to Toft is 70 mins approx. Toft is where you will get on the ferry to travel to the island of Yell. The Yell ferry takes 15 mins.

From the ferry head north for 11 miles on A968 to the Mid Yell junction.

The cottage is situated on the B9081 above the village.

The ferries run from 6am to 11pm every half hour except Sundays when they are hourly.

FromHolmsgarth Ferry Terminal

From the Holmsgarth ferry terminal you take the A970 and then the A968 travelling north to the Toft ferry terminal where you will aboard the ferry to Yell. The journey from Lerwick to Toft takes around 30 mins.

The Yell ferry takes 15 mins. From the ferry head north for 11 miles on A968 to the Mid Yell junction. The cottage is situated on the B9081 above the village.
